Graham is a BABCP accredited CBT Therapist specialising in OCD, with extensive experience in NHS Talking Therapy Services, helping clients manage a variety of psychological disorders. His expertise in treating OCD, including sub-types like POCD, ROCD, and Harm OCD, amongst others, is enhanced by his facilitation of OCD Group Therapy. Graham integrates Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Imaginal Exposure (IE) with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), offering tailored and comprehensive treatment strategies.

Having lived experience of OCD and OCPD, Graham deeply understands the impact of shame, guilt, and confusion individuals often endure. This personal insight drives his dedication to establishing therapeutic relationships where clients feel genuinely heard and valued. Graham is committed to fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can share openly, assured of receiving empathy and compassion.

Recognising the intricate connection between OCD and co-morbid conditions such as trauma, depression, and low self-esteem, Graham integrates Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR, Chair Work, and Imagery Rescripting to address each client's unique challenges and goals.

Graham views therapy as a transformative journey of self-discovery, considering it a privilege to support clients in courageously enhancing their overall well-being.
