Deborah is an integrative therapist, specialising in working with children, young people and their families. She is based in Surrey and primarily works in the Haslemere/Hindhead area.

Deborah offers a warm, friendly and compassionate approach, working collaboratively in engaging ways to support children and young people explore their thoughts and feelings and make sense of their experiences. As an integrative therapist, Deborah draws upon non-directive play-based therapy, humanistic, psychodynamic and CBT approaches, grounded in a core understanding of attachment. She has also undertaken training and supervision from the Integrative Centre for OCD Therapy and has learned the centre’s approach to integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

She will create a welcoming and safe space, and builds a trusting relationship with her clients, responding to their unique preferences.

She is passionate about integrating nature-based therapeutic approaches and can offer outdoor sessions in the local area where this is of interest.
