Cindy is a qualified Integrative Child and Adolescent counsellor/Psychotherapist and a Systemic Family Practitioner. In her work as a systemic practitioner, Cindy focuses specifically on the complex interactions that occur between individuals within a family system. She helps clients identify the "invisible loops" and recurring patterns of interaction that often go unnoticed, working collaboratively to restructure the family system. When we transform the way we connect, we unlock new possibilities for collective harmony and growth.

Cindy’s practice is rooted in facilitating a safe, accepting, non-blaming and non-judgmental space for every client. She believes that creating such an environment is essential to the healing process, allowing individuals to make sense of their experiences and discover healthy ways of coping with or overcoming their difficulties.

By incorporating systemic approaches into her practice, Cindy is able to apply a broader lens to therapy. She doesn’t just see the individual in isolation; she sees the world they inhabit, their family unit and their experiences.

Currently, Cindy works as a CAMHS Practitioner within the NHS, alongside maintaining her own private practice. Her professional background includes over a decade of experience working within schools in South London where she has supported the mental health and wellbeing of children, adolescents, and their families.
