Chloe Cosic MBACP is an integrative psychotherapist who has worked with people with a wide range of life challenges, including various anxiety presentations. She has worked in a number of different charities and her own private practice.

Chloe’s integrative approach allows her to respond thoughtfully to the individuality of each client. She has trained in the centre’s Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy hybrid model when working with OCD. Additionally, she trained in a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches from the Minster Centre (and other CPD events) and is particularly informed by psychodynamic, attachment, neuroscience and trauma-informed theory.

Chloe is committed to supporting her clients to grow and make meaningful changes, enabling them to live more fully and with greater agency and self-compassion. She believes that empathy and safety are central to the therapist-client relationship, helping clients to work through anxiety-inducing, shameful and uncomfortable thoughts and feelings as they arise.

Chloe values continual learning and development, actively engaging with supervision and CPD training and remaining open to different perspectives and ways of working.
