The OCD Camp

In April 2023 the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) published my thoughts and learnings from the OCD camp which I have been running since 2018, and more recently alongside the co-founder of The Integrative Centre for OCD Therapy Jonny Say.

I wanted to write this article to share what we had noticed over the years including the benefits of being in nature, being around people who ‘get it’, and how integrating therapy can offer a different opportunity.

“It is a level of community I never predicted when starting the camp, and a testament to the power of sharing stories in a safe and contained space”

Hope it helps,

Stuart Ralph
